NNODI’s role: project & programme management
NNODI provided project and programme management on the scheme: the overall co-ordination of the project team, identifying the professional resources needed at each stage, planning the programme and monitoring progress through to completion, with clear, regular reporting throughout.
It is the discipline of keeping a project moving: making sure the right people and resources are in place at the right time, that the programme is realistic, and that progress is tracked against it so issues are dealt with early rather than late.
