Complaints Handling Procedure

As a firm regulated by RICS, we operate a clear, two-stage complaints handling procedure.

Our commitment

NNODI Group Limited is regulated by RICS, and we are committed to providing a high standard of service. If something goes wrong, or you are not satisfied with our service, we want to hear from you so that we can put it right. We operate the following two-stage complaints handling procedure.

Stage one — raising your complaint with us

Please set out your complaint in writing, with the details, and send it to our Complaints Handler at info@nnodigroup.com, or by post to NNODI Group Limited, 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within seven days of receiving it and let you know who is dealing with it. We will then investigate and provide a full written response within twenty-eight days. If we need more time, we will explain why and tell you when you can expect our response.

Stage two — independent redress

If, after our final written response, your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer it to an independent redress provider at no cost to you. NNODI Group Limited is a member of the following RICS-recognised redress schemes, and the one that applies depends on the nature of your complaint:

Business and commercial clients — the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR): 100 St Paul’s Churchyard, London EC4M 8BU · +44 (0)20 7536 6000 · cedr.com.

Consumer clients (including residential and other private clients) — the Property Redress Scheme: propertyredress.co.uk, where you will find how to make a complaint and their full contact details.

We will also confirm the applicable scheme in our final written response. The redress provider will consider your complaint independently and reach a decision; referring a complaint to them does not affect your legal rights.
