About Anthony

NNODI Group is led by its founder and managing director, Anthony Nnodi, a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with more than eighteen years in the construction industry. He established the practice to give clients the commercial disciplines of a major consultancy, delivered with the attention and accountability of a director-led firm.

Anthony’s career spans cost and commercial management across major infrastructure, hospitality and hotel development, commercial and residential schemes, urban regeneration and utilities, in the UK and internationally, including senior commercial leadership on a major London energy-from-waste infrastructure programme serving more than two million residents, and programme-level commercial leadership of a live hurricane recovery programme for a leading Caribbean resort operator. He founded NNODI Group Limited to bring that experience directly to clients, with every engagement carried out under RICS professional standards and a clear scope agreed at the outset.
